I don't know my password.

Please visit our User Login page to have your password emailed to you. You will be asked to enter your user name and email address. If you can't remember your user name, click on "Need Your User Name?" on the right side of the User Login page, and we'll email it to you (hint, your user name is generally your email address).

How do I change my password?

Please log in first, and ensure that "My Profile" is selected. Scroll down the page until you see "I'd like to change my password". Click on this link to change your password.

How do I change my user name?

Please log in first, and ensure that "My Profile" is selected. Scroll down the page until you see "I'd like to change my user name". Click on this link. Under the section "Biographical Information", update the field called "User Name" and then scroll to the bottom of the page to click on the Save button.

How do I change my email address/mailing address?

Please log in first, and ensure that "My Profile" is selected. Scroll down and edit the appropriate fields as needed. Click the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the section when complete.

If you no longer use the email address you registered with and you do not know your password, please submit a question to us. Be sure to include your old and new addresses. We will update our records and email you your password.

How do I unsubscribe from Bon Secours Mercy Health Foundation email?

There's no need to log in; simply click on the "unsubscribe" link in the most recent email you received from Bon Secours Mercy Health Foundation and follow the prompts. Otherwise, if you are logged in, please click on "My Subscriptions". You can manage your subscriptions by selecting or unselecting the checkboxes next to each of the email types.
